Delong Metal Phase I’s 800,000 Tons Stainless Steel Bar Project Is Expected To Be Trial Production At The End Of September
According to the Xuzhou People’s Government, the high-alloy steel production line project of Xuzhou Delong Metal Technology Co., Ltd. is expected to be trial production at the end of September. At present, the project is under construction of civil engineering infrastructure, and the installation of major stainless steel bar equipment is 80%, which is about to enter the trial production stage.
China’s Xuzhou Delong Metal Technology Co., Ltd. high-alloy steel production line project is located in Longshan Metallurgical Industrial Park, Jiawang District, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu , China.
The planned total investment is 1.68 billion yuan and the annual output is 1.6 million tons. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase will build an annual output of 800,000 tons of medium bar, with a total investment of about 700 million yuan. The second phase will build an annual output of 800,000 tons of small rods with a total investment of about 980 million yuan.
According to Chang Longqing, the production plant of the high alloy steel production line project of Delong Metal Technology Co., Ltd., the first phase of the project started in October 2017. It has invested about 400 million yuan in the renovation of the original plant and the demolition of the equipment. “The first phase of the project is mainly a stainless steel round bar production line with an estimated annual output of 700,000 tons. After the subsequent upgrade, it can reach 800,000 to 900,000 tons. The second phase is a small rod production line. The main products are the downstream stainless steel pipe enterprises. One raw material is provided, and the other part can also be used as a machined material.”
After the project is put into production, it can realize annual sales income of 10 billion yuan, total profit of about 500 million yuan, and provide more than 700 jobs for the local people. Its radiation effect will further promote the technological upgrading and economic benefits of relevant industries in the region, lay out advanced productivity and promote economic development.
