Anchor Flange
Anchor flange is a new design pipe flange. This flange has two welding neck in both sides of flange for butt-welding with pipings. The structure of anchor flange likes two welding neck flange assemblied but without gasket and bolts, it is a integral part.
Kaysuns provides anchor flange in mainly carbon steel and high yield steel for oil and gas pipeline, such as ASTM A105, ASTM A694 F42 / F46 / F52 / F60 / F65 etc. The dimension is complied with ASME B165 or custom dimension. Corrosion resistant alloy material are available for anchor flange, the common cladding materials are 316L stainless steel and Inconel 625. The overlay process can be monitored under the third inspection company such SGS, ABS, BV etc.
